BRANDING CAMPAIGN & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Henderson Avenue is an established cultural artery of East Dallas with a dedicated following, offering an eclectic mix of old and new shops and dining. As plans were underway to break ground on a new five-acre development along the storied street, The Dealey Group set out to define Henderson Avenue’s sense of place with a brand and campaign that would set the tone for the transformation to come…without losing the street’s storied legacy.

Concept: The Thread
Threads stitch together ideas and people, weaving them into a colorful tapestry of rich culture. Henderson Ave.’s thread weaves all of the district’s businesses, people and energy together into a weird and wonderful community of the culturally enlightened. Henderson Avenue is both a beloved cultural heirloom and a work in progress.
The Dealey Group commissioned local artist, Molly Dickerson, to create custom collages combining the thread visual with the eclectic vibe of Henderson Avenue.



Our team also produced and shot a custom photoshoot at over 15 unique tenants on Henderson Avenue. The images were utilized in onsite signage, social media, digital ads and leasing materials.











Social Media & Email Management
The Dealey Group’s Content Studio is responsible for Henderson Ave’s social media, including content strategy, content visits, development, scheduling and boosting across Facebook and Instagram. This includes integrating the Henderson Ave. brand into social media so that all consumer touch points have a consistent look and message.
