BRANDING CAMPAIGN & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Since its opening in the 1940s, Inwood Village has cultivated a dedicated following among Dallas’ most well-heeled shoppers. This is largely due to the center’s keen eye for tenant curation and placemaking. Decades later, Inwood Village is deeply ingrained in the identity and stories of generations of Dallasites who feel a sense of belonging when they visit the neighborhood hub. What the property was missing was a brand that successfully communicates this connection to Inwood Village, its sense of place. That’s where The Dealey Group stepped in with a sophisticated brand supported by ongoing social media management.

Village Life

It’s the thrill of strutting out of the store after purchasing that piece that’s going to make the whole look. Or taking a five-minute detour to peruse the fresh flower selection at the grocery. Custom Onsite Photography

A custom onsite photoshoot produced from start to finish by our in-house team and shot by Angela George resulted in over 30 custom photos featuring the uniqueness of the property. The Dealey Group team was responsible for props, wardrobe, art direction, tenant coordination, and final asset management.

Custom Onsite Mural

The Dealey Group selected, contracted and managed local Dallas artist Haylee Ryan to concept and install a permanent mural based on the Village Life campaign. The finished mural is 18’ tall and 100’ long, and serves as a meeting point and photo-op for the shopping center.

Social Media & Email Management

The Dealey Group’s Content Studio is responsible for Inwood Village’s email marketing and social media, including content strategy, quarterly content visits, development, scheduling and boosting across Facebook and Instagram. This includes integrating the Inwood Village brand into social media so that all consumer touch points have a consistent look and message.

By implementing The Dealey Group’s proprietary Digital Impact Cycle, the following results were achieved for Inwood Village in a sixty-day period:
