"I love figuring out how to make things work - putting the pieces together and doing things that have never been done before. This really thrills me."

For the past 25+ years, JoAnn has owned and managed two top advertising agencies in Dallas under The Dealey Companies umbrella – MD&A and The Dealey Group. Prior to running her own firm, JoAnn wore a variety of "ad hats" in some of the country's most prestigious advertising firms in New York, Nashville and Austin.

With a passion for "all things Texas" and a weakness for shopping, JoAnn launched and manages ShopAcrossTexas.com, an on-line tourism initiative promoting shopping across the great state of Texas.

When not immersed in TDG and SAT, JoAnn enjoys spending time with her 2 children, Jack and Georgia, hanging out at her ranch and participating in a host of area civic and social leadership roles.

"Great brands don't just happen, it all begins with a plan. Without a defined strategic roadmap it's impossible to break free from the clutter."

As Director of Strategic Planning & New Media, Jen sets the foundation for all our branding, marketing and advertising efforts. Prior to returning to her hometown of Dallas in 2007, Jen was with two of New York’s biggest and best agencies, Young & Rubicam New York and Saatchi & Saatchi New York, where she worked on some of the most recognized brands in the world, with budgets ranging from $65 million (Campbell’s Soup) to $2.5 billion (AT&T).

At both agencies, Jen led integrated teams to develop and execute multi-million dollar marketing campaigns for some of America’s most loved and trusted brands such as Walkman (Sony), Cheerios (General Mills) and Old Spice (Procter & Gamble).

Jen is passionate about the arts and is an active leader in the Dallas arts community.

For over 20 years with the Dealey companies, Anne has served as Creative Director on retail, real estate and tourism brands; crafting the visual images that have shaped the way we invite consumers to live, work, play, shop and travel.

After receiving a BFA degree from Lubbock's Texas Tech University – and a brief stint traveling the country in a '52 black Chevy pickup – Anne honed her design skills at Apple Graphics and later at Dallas' famed Sullivan Perkins. Soon thereafter she moved to TDG and the rest is history.

Anne is a fervent ebay junkie – buying and selling dolls and doll accessories like they were stocks and bonds. Oh, and in her spare time she's also the mother to 6 beautiful girls.
